Fowey, Cornwall

Sir Arthur Quiller-Couch, who lived in Fowey (pronounced Foy), immortalized Fowey under the name of Troy Town in his humorous Novels.

Fowey is the most gentrified of Cornish seaside towns and is a resort favoured by people with a taste for yachting and seafood restaurants.

The population of Fowey stands at around 2000 people.
